利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、inoue shota（以下「当運営者」といいます）が提供するアプリ「Flame of Lifespan」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本規約に同意の上、本アプリをご利用ください。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、利用者と当運営者との間の本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（禁止事項）
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセス、ハッキング、リバースエンジニアリング等の行為
- その他当運営者が不適切と判断する行為
第3条（免責事項）
- 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、当運営者はその完全性・正確性・有用性等について一切保証しません。
- 利用者が本アプリを利用したことにより生じたいかなる損害についても、当運営者は責任を負いません。
第4条（サービスの変更・停止等）
当運営者は、利用者への事前通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更・停止・終了できるものとします。
第5条（規約の変更）
当運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリまたは当運営者のWebサイト等で表示した時点から効力を生じます。
第6条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、当運営者と利用者の間で生じた紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) define the conditions for use of the app “Flame of Lifespan” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by inoue shota (“the Operator”). Please use the App only after agreeing to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Operator regarding the use of the App.
Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
- Unauthorized access, hacking, reverse engineering, etc.
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
- The App is provided “as is” and the Operator makes no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App by the user.
Article 4 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service)
The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate the contents of the App without prior notice to the user.
Article 5 (Modification of Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are displayed on the App or the Operator’s website.
Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes between the user and the Operator.
