Article 1: Application of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all use of the mobile game app “Chroma Tactics” (the “App”) provided by surugawan studio. By downloading, installing, or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2: Usage Environment and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for preparing and maintaining their own device, network connection, operating environment, and any required accounts at their own expense. Communication fees and any related costs are borne by the user.

Article 3: Data and Accounts

1. The App may process gameplay data, settings, device identifiers, and other usage information for service operation or issue resolution.
2. The availability and scope of data saving, restoration, transfer, and synchronization depend on the App’s specifications, distribution platform, and operational policy at the relevant time.
3. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, we are not liable for damages caused by data loss, corruption, device failure, communication errors, or other issues arising from the user’s environment.

Article 4: Prohibited Actions

Users must not engage in the following:

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Infringing the rights, interests, reputation, or credit of us or third parties
• Improperly exploiting bugs, specifications, communications, authentication, or data structures of the App
• Unauthorized access, cheating, bot use, modification, reverse engineering, or analysis
• Imposing excessive load on the App or related servers
• Interfering with the operation of the App or attempting to do so
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us

Article 5: Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the App and all materials contained in it, including text, images, audio, software, and design, belong to us or the legitimate rights holders. Except as permitted by law, users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or publicly transmit such materials without authorization.

Article 6: Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice. Even if this causes damage to users, we are not liable except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us.

Article 7: Restriction or Suspension of Use

We may restrict or suspend a user’s access to the App without prior notice if the user violates these Terms or if we determine such action is necessary for safe operation of the App.

Article 8: Disclaimer

1. We do not guarantee that the App will fit any particular purpose or have expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, usefulness, or continuity.
2. We do not guarantee that the App is free from factual or legal defects.
3. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us.

Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shizuoka District Court as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms are effective as of May 26, 2026.
