Article 1: Application of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all use of the mobile app “Minicalog” (the “App”) provided by surugawan studio. By downloading, installing, or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2: Usage Environment and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for preparing and maintaining their own device, network connection, operating environment, and any required accounts at their own expense. Communication fees and any related costs are borne by the user.

Article 3: Data and Accounts

  1. The App may process usage data, settings, device identifiers, and other usage information for service operation or issue resolution.
  2. The availability and scope of data saving, restoration, and synchronization depend on the App’s specifications, distribution platform, and operational policy at the relevant time.
  3. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, we are not liable for damages caused by data loss, corruption, device failure, communication errors, or other issues arising from the user’s environment.

Article 5: Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice. Even if this causes damage to users, we are not liable except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us.

Article 6: Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the App will fit any particular purpose or have expected functionality, accuracy, usefulness, or continuity.

Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shizuoka District Court as the court of first instance.
