🧭 第1条（本規約の適用） / Article 1: Application of These Terms

本規約は、surugawan studio（以下「当スタジオ」）が提供するスマートフォン向けゲームアプリ「Flame of Lifespan」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する一切の行為に適用されます。
ユーザーは本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all use of the mobile game “Flame of Lifespan” (“App”) provided by surugawan studio (“we” or “us”).
By downloading or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
📱 第2条（利用環境） / Article 2: Usage Environment

ユーザーは、本アプリを利用するために必要な通信機器、通信手段、OS環境などを自己の責任と費用において準備・維持するものとします。
通信費用はすべてユーザーの負担となります。

Users are responsible for preparing and maintaining their own device, network connection, and environment required for using the App.
All communication costs are borne by the user.
💾 第3条（データおよびアカウント） / Article 3: Data and Accounts

- 本アプリでは、端末識別情報（Device ID）を用いてプレイデータを管理します。
- プレイデータの保存・復元・引き継ぎの可否は、当スタジオの仕様に従います。
- 不正アクセス、改ざん、データ消失などにより発生した損害について、当スタジオは一切の責任を負いません。

- The App manages gameplay data using a device identifier (Device ID).
- Data saving and restoration follow the technical specifications of the App.
- We are not responsible for any damages caused by data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
⚙️ 第4条（禁止事項） / Article 4: Prohibited Actions

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 当スタジオまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 不正アクセス、チート行為、バグの悪用
- リバースエンジニアリング、解析、改変
- サーバーへの過剰負荷を与える行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- その他、当スタジオが不適切と判断する行為

Users must not engage in the following:
- Infringing upon our or others’ rights
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or unauthorized access
- Reverse engineering, analyzing, or modifying the App
- Causing excessive server load
- Violating laws or public morals
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us
💬 第5条（免責事項） / Article 5: Disclaimer

- 当スタジオは、本アプリの内容、提供、または動作の正確性・安全性を保証しません。
- 当スタジオは、ユーザーまたは第三者に生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
- 本アプリの内容は、事前の告知なく変更・停止・終了する場合があります。

- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the App’s content or performance.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
- The App’s content or services may be modified, suspended, or terminated without notice.
🔄 第6条（広告および外部サービス） / Article 6: Ads and External Services

本アプリ内において、第三者による広告・解析ツール・外部リンクが表示される場合があります。これらの外部サービスによるデータ収集や利用については、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従うものとします。

The App may display third-party ads or links. Data collection or processing by such third parties is subject to their respective privacy policies.
🚫 第7条（利用停止および制限） / Article 7: Suspension or Restriction of Use

当スタジオは、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、ユーザーに事前通知なく本アプリの利用を制限または停止することがあります。
- 禁止事項への違反
- システム障害、メンテナンス、法的要請などによる一時停止
- 当スタジオが必要と判断した場合

We may restrict or suspend a user’s access without prior notice if:
- The user violates these Terms
- Maintenance or technical issues arise
- We determine it necessary for operational or legal reasons

⚖️ 第9条（準拠法および管轄） / Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は、静岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shizuoka District Court.

本規約は、2025年10月24日より施行します。
This Terms of Service is effective as of October 24, 2025.
